to do is to sign a Letter of Assignment to us. We will repair your car
immediately after the surveyor have verified the damage. You may rent a
car in place of the days lost while your vehicle is under repairs.
You take possession of your
vehicle after the repairs have been carried out. YOU PAY US NOTHING
until the verdict is out.
If the verdict is to your
favour, the case is closed. You pay us nothing.
